Who we are

One community.
Many stories.

Rooted in Isuikwuato and connected across New York, we create a place for belonging, service, and shared heritage.

Our association

Keeping home
close.

Isuikwuato Community Association New York brings together people with roots in Isuikwuato and friends of our shared heritage.

We are building a place where culture is remembered, members are supported, and the next generation feels connected to a meaningful story. Through fellowship, service, and responsible leadership, we make the distance between home and New York feel a little smaller.

Our gatherings create room for family, conversation, celebration, and practical support. Everyone who shares our roots—or values the community we are building—is welcome to take part.

A living connection

Heritage is something we practice together.

In the way we greet one another, make room at the table, honour elders, and encourage young people to lead.

What brings us together

From memory
to belonging.

The association gives our shared identity a living home in New York, with space for service, friendship, culture, and family.
